Welcome to Home Inspectors Nigeria Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service

(“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our home/property inspection services (“Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part

of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

We offer comprehensive home and property inspection services, including but not limited to:

Non-destructive inspection of residential and commercial properties

Reporting on structural integrity, safety, and compliance with home inspection

regulations.

Consultation, project management and contracting.

Recommendations for maintenance or repairs

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property to be inspected.

Ensure access to the property during the scheduled inspection.

Provide power and water for the inspection with exception to the “No Utility’ service.

Be present during the inspection or ensure a representative is available.

Pay all fees associated with the inspection as outlined in the invoice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise

agreed upon.

All fees are non-refundable except in cases where services are not rendered or fail to

meet agreed standards.

A default fee of 100,000 NGN will be charged if the inspection cannot be conducted due

to the client’s unpreparedness and without at least 48 hours’ notice.

Our maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the

service.

4. Inspection Reports

Our inspection reports are based on visual inspections and are not exhaustive.

Reports will be delivered within 48 hours’ after the inspection.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness of the information

provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the

use of our Services.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount

paid for the Services.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act of Nigeria.

Arbitration: Any dispute will be submitted to a single arbitrator, mutually agreed upon by

both parties, and will take place in Lagos, Nigeria.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator will be

final and binding.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal

Republic of Nigeria.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective

immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after

modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
